Brief 1. This brief consists of more educational factors, allowing a younger generation to engage with typography and understand its true value. It will be based on the grids created in the last module to create a basis for the understanding of how typography works and how it is created.

I believe that typography is a hugely dismissed subject matter, it is not just designers that can benifit from learning the basic principles of typography. Although the technical skills are more of a specialist subject, typography is directly related to language, used to instruct, inform, educate and advertise, something I feel should be taught to those outside of its specialist walls.
