Yearbook Concept 1

One idea mentioned before the break was to create a 'design spectrum' using colours and colour theory to emphasise the 'spectrum' of designers the yearbook showcases. Simple idea executed by choosing a colour to represent each subject area within design and advocating individual spectrum's to reflect the focuses of work for each individual.

The first document shows my exploration of shape and different colour variations to represent the spectrum's ~ using a rough outline of individuals practice to decipher their gradients... this is something that would be worked if the concept it picked after the pitch.

The second is a few cover variations to show how the concept worked on the cover, I will wait until I have discussed the idea furthur with the rest of the group before working on any spreads.
