I have been thinking about how to incorporate the wood blocks in the catalogue. The first idea was to have one block containing all the different woods that sits in the bottom right of the catalogue, the spreads would have dots indicating what wood each product came in.

The second was to have thick sheets of wood placed in different locations on the cover, lightly embedded in a bulky stock. As the different types of wood are different sizes it could produce some interesting methods for referencing the shapes through the product pages. I will try and get hold of some wood samples to understand the possibilities of integrating them in the book.
