This project is brimming with beautiful simplicity, and like much of HEYDAYS work the consistent quality stands it out from the crowd. The identity utilises a dotted grid system, and communicates the studio through the precise appearance of the dots.
The dotted grid also acts as a blank canvas for the customers or clients of the studio to play with, with interactive push out holes. This engagement with the print gives it an immediate quality and leaves people thinking about their experience with the studio.

The way the photos engage and create alternative colour pallets with the business cards and printed identity is a subtle but wonderful detail.
The simplicity of the identity is something I want to portray in both my Inoda & Sveje brief but also Audio Doughnuts. How to communicate the principles of each brand in different ways will be key in the briefs progression in following weeks.
The logo was applied across a variety of mediums from business cards to the shop window. All show similar properties of simplicity, again allowing the dotted grid to do the work and create white space that allows the solid blue logo to stand out.

The grid was also carried across onto the website (iPad compatible) similarly to the blue resulting in an original and accessible website.
Need to know how they mangaed to get this affect on the type!
